To register and maintain an account with bedbaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. bedbaje does not permit access to, or use of, any of its services by persons under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, or subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this.
• You must not already hold an active account with bedbaje. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you will be required to provide a username, password, valid email address, and mobile phone number. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. bedbaje reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at any time if eligibility requirements are not met.

Upon creating an account, bedbaje may send a verification message to the email address or mobile number you provided. This verification step confirms ownership of the contact details and forms part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified accounts in good standing will have withdrawal requests processed on the same business day, typically within a few hours of submission. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number) registered in the same name as the bedbaje account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• bedbaje reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting supporting identity documents. Delays arising from such checks are not the liability of bedbaje.
• Any bonus funds or free-spin winnings subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the system.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant sporting market. In most cases, bets on abandoned fixtures will be voided and stakes returned, unless play has progressed to a point where a result can be determined under market rules.
• bedbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or palpably erroneous odds due to a technical error, typographical error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in full in such cases.

bedbaje does not accept liability for any loss of service, game interruption, or disconnection arising from factors outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, device failures, power cuts, or disruptions to third-party game provider infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is the authoritative record of the game state.

bedbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• The account holder has failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe or has provided documentation that bedbaje is unable to authenticate.
• bedbaje has received a valid request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority relating to the account.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• bedbaje reasonably believes that continued operation of the account presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed by bedbaje due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bedbaje support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bedbaje will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard security checks. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Closed accounts cannot be re-opened unless bedbaje determines, following a formal review, that the closure was made in error. Players who wish to dispute an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with full details of the circumstances. bedbaje commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bedbaje with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
